With its new multi-layer 3-ply PLUS series, Le Creuset combines traditional design with excellent quality features to create a high-quality cookware range that provides the best equipment for cooks.
The name 3-ply stands for the three layers that make up the material:
- 1. stainless steel (18/10) in top finish: the ideal cooking surface
- 2. through-going aluminium core in the center, which ensures perfect heat conduction from the ground to the edge
- 3. magnetic chrome steel (18/0) as an external surface, to ensure an optimal cooking on induction and all other types of cookers
The material is distinguished by a very good and even heat distribution, and in this way it allows a low-water, energy-efficient and gentle cooking.
