For four generations, the Luisa family has been crafting top wines in the Collio hills. Davide manages the vineyards, Michele oversees the winery, and Papa Eddi supports his sons. The unique climate, where cold Bora and humid Scirocco winds meet, allows grapes to slowly ripen, resulting in pronounced aromatics and concentration. In the nose, ripe tropical fruits, flowers, and subtle yeast notes. The palate is soft, appealing, yet fresh and elegant. Perfect as an apéritif, with antipasti, or alongside fish, poultry, and fresh cheese.
