For four generations, the Luisa family has been pressing their top wines in the hills of the Collio. Davide is responsible for the vineyards, Michele for the wine cellar and dad Eddi supports his two sons. The growing area has a unique climate because two winds meet here: the cold Bora from the north-east and the humid Scirocco from the Mediterranean. Thus, the grapes ripen slowly and acquire a distinctive aroma and concentration.
On the nose, ripe tropical fruits, flowers and fine yeast notes. Soft and pleasing on the palate, but at the same time fresh and elegant. Ideal as an aperitif, with antipasti or fish, poultry and fresh cheese.
